1. Overview

Yave ("Company") operates the YavePay payment service (pay.yave.net) and protects the personal data processed during payment under this policy. Account-related information such as sign-in and identity is governed by the Privacy Policy of the Yave Account Service (accounts.yave.net).

2. Information We Collect

• Payment method — the billing-key identifier issued by the payment gateway (PG), card issuer name, masked card display info, and currency (we do not store the original card number)
• Transaction history — payment, refund, and subscription records, amounts, timestamps, merchant, and status
• Credit and reward ledger — grant, deduction, and expiry records
• Payer and billing address — payer name and billing address for cross-border payments (e.g., PayPal)
• Automatically collected — IP address, device/browser info, and payment/security activity logs (for fraud detection)

3. Purpose of Use

• Processing payments, recurring payments, and refunds, and confirming transactions
• Fraud detection and payment security
• Responding to inquiries and handling disputes
• Meeting legal obligations under the e-commerce and related laws

4. Processors and Third Parties

To process payments, the Company entrusts/provides necessary information to the following payment gateways.

• PortOne and connected PGs (KCP, PayPal, etc.) — payment, billing-key issuance, and refund processing
• Merchants — the result of the user's transaction (success status, transaction identifier, etc.)

We do not provide personal data to third parties for purposes other than the above without the user's consent.

5. Retention and Disposal

In accordance with applicable law, transaction records are retained for the following periods and then destroyed without delay.

• Records on contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years
• Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years
• Records on consumer complaints or dispute handling: 3 years
• Other information: destroyed once the purpose is achieved (payment methods are deleted immediately on removal or account withdrawal)

6. Your Rights

• You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal data.
• You can delete a registered payment method directly in Cards.
• To delete the account itself, request withdrawal in Yave Account settings.

7. Security Measures

• Card data is stored only as a PG billing key instead of the original number, and sensitive identifiers are encrypted at rest.
• All communications are encrypted in transit, and access controls apply to payment and management functions.
• Abnormal payment attempts are detected and blocked.

9. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we will give notice within the service or by email at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days for material changes).

Yave（以下「当社」）は決済サービスYavePay（pay.yave.net）を運営し、決済過程で処理される個人情報を本方針に従い保護します。ログイン・アカウント識別等のアカウント関連情報は、Yaveアカウントサービス（accounts.yave.net）のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

2. 収集する個人情報

• 決済手段情報 — 決済代行会社（PG）が発行したビリングキー識別子、カード会社名・マスキングされたカード表示情報、通貨（カード原番号は保管しません）
• 取引履歴 — 決済・返金・サブスクリプション履歴、金額、日時、加盟店、取引ステータス
• クレジット・リワード履歴 — 付与・充当・失効の記録
• 決済者・請求先情報 — 海外決済（PayPal等）時の決済者氏名、請求先住所
• 自動収集情報 — アクセスIP、デバイス/ブラウザ情報、決済・セキュリティ活動ログ（不正取引検出用）

3. 利用目的

• 決済・定期決済・返金の処理および取引確認
• 不正取引の検出および決済セキュリティ
• お問い合わせ対応および紛争処理
• 電子商取引法等、法令上の義務の履行

4. 処理委託および第三者提供

当社は決済処理のため、以下の決済代行会社に必要な範囲の情報を委託・提供します。

• PortOneおよび連携PG（KCP、PayPal等） — 決済・ビリングキー発行・返金処理
• 加盟店 — ユーザーが決済した取引の結果（決済成否、取引識別子等）

上記の目的以外には、ユーザーの同意なく個人情報を第三者へ提供しません。

5. 保有および破棄

関連法令に従い、次の期間取引記録を保管した後、遅滞なく破棄します。

• 契約または申込撤回等に関する記録：5年
• 代金決済および財貨等の供給に関する記録：5年
• 消費者の苦情または紛争処理に関する記録：3年
• その他の情報：収集・利用目的の達成時に破棄（決済手段は削除または退会時に即時削除）

6. ユーザーの権利

• 個人情報の閲覧・訂正・削除・処理停止を請求できます。
• 登録した決済手段はカード管理から直接削除できます。
• アカウント自体の削除（退会）はYaveアカウント設定から請求できます。

7. 安全性確保の措置

• カード情報は原番号の代わりにPGビリングキーでのみ保管し、機微な識別子は暗号化して保存します。
• すべての通信は暗号化して送信し、決済・管理機能にアクセス制御を適用します。
• 異常な決済試行を検出・遮断します。

8. お問い合わせ

個人情報に関するお問い合わせおよび閲覧・訂正・削除のご請求はhelp.yave.netまでお寄せください。

9. 本方針の変更

本方針を変更する場合は、適用日の少なくとも7日前（重要な変更は30日前）にサービス内の告知またはメールでお知らせします。
